The hotel's location was also great, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. the apartment with the huge terrace was a major advantage, providing a stunning view and a nice place to relax.

Check-in and check-out took a long time, which was quite frustrating. There was also a language barrier with some of the service people, as they couldn't speak English well.

I also appreciate their "No Tips" policy that the staff adheres to.
